REF: DEMAND LETTER FOR FOURTEEN DAYS (14) AND INTENTION TO SUE IN
RESPECT OF DISHONOURED CHEQUE
The above subject matter is mostly concerned.
We are instructed to act on behalf of university of Iringa(Herein after referred as our client) to
address you on the matter in good terms as we hereby proceed:-
1. THAT, OUR CLIENT suffered the economic loss for the dishonored cheque which
happened during the transfer or payment made by makelele Mangi on 20th May 2022
2. THAT, OUR CLIENT observed that the funds in the payer’s account were insufficient
and the signature on the cheque did not match exactly.
THEN; You have to pay our client the claimed amount of twenty million Tanzanian
Shillings (20,000,000/=) as the estimated that our client has suffered for above
mentioned criminal offence committed on 20th May 2022, Tumaini area at 10:30am.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT; Until 05th July 2022 the amount should have already
been paid and upon the time mentioned above if not adhered amicably we will take this
matter to the court and you will be subjected to pay costs for the fees incurred thereafter.
