Greetings!

We are writing in accordance with your purchase of Block 32 Lot 48 at Amiya Upgrade Inner.
Records will show that your last payment was made on December 07, 2023 and to date your total
delinquency amounts to SEVENTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX PESOS
& 81/100 (Php17,686.81) Unpaid (MA50-MA52), inclusive of interests and charges.

As such, we are making this DEMAND LETTER for the immediate settlement of the said
amount due. We are giving you the allowable grace period from the date the installment became
due and/or from the date/receipt hereof to settle the above-mentioned amount.

Failure on your part to pay will constrain us to avail of the remedies provided for by law, includ-
ing the cancellation of the sale and the forfeiture of payments made.

All the foregoing is without prejudice to other alternative judicial remedies that will further pro -
tect the interest of the Company.

executed with our company for the purchase of the above property is hereby cancelled and terminated
effective thirty (30) days upon receipt of this letter.

As such, any and all payments you made to date are hereby forfeited in favor of the company as
liquidated damages as provided for in the Contract to Sell, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No.
6552 (Maceda Law).

However, to avoid cancellation of your account, you may update the same within thirty (30) days from
receipt hereof.
