Dear Mr/Mrs./Ms. Angela Sucgang,

Good Day!

This is to remind you that payment on your account in the amount of Twenty and 89/100 (Php 20.89)
was due on February 7, 2023. We value your business and hope to keep you as a customer. However, we do
require payment according to the terms agreed in your signed Property Reservation Agreement with us.

The above computation was based on Section 4 the Property Reservation Agreement states that:

4. The BUYER will be given a grace period of three (3) working days from Down payment due
date to settle the monthly amount due. Non-payment within the prescribed grace period will be
considered as overdue amount and will incur a 5% penalty charges based on the amount due.

As also provided in Section 3 of the agreement:

3. The SELLER shall provide a Computation Sheet to be signed by the BUYER on the
Reservation date. The Computation Sheet will delineate the Down Payment that must be paid
(10% of Total Contract Price), the schedule of payment, and the equivalent monthly fees.
Defaulting in the payment of the monthly fees/ down payment in accordance with the specified
payment schedule shall result in the automatic cancellation of this Agreement and forfeiture of
all payments made up until that point in favor of the SELLER. Cancellation also means that the
BUYER loses the reservation on the PROPERTY and this will be opened for sale.
