    DATE: NOVEMBER 23, 2022

    Dear Valued Members/Residents.


    We are sorry for not sending your September to November-2022 SOA on time. We will
    release the copy of billings no later than Friday, November 25, 2022.
    There has been a delay due to the migration to the new accounting software and a few
    refinements in the said system.

    There will be no penalties to be imposed on the mentioned months wherein we were not
    able to issue the SOA. The due date will be counted from the date of the release. We
    encourage you to please pay prior to the due date to avoid any inconvenience.

    If you have any questions or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and
    understanding.
