SUBJECT : INCREASE ON MONTHLY ASSOCIATION DUES

Dear Valued Residents,

This is to inform all unit owners that our Association Dues will be increased and will take effect on the
January 2023 billing. Upon reviewing the operations and administrative expenses, the current rate will not
suffice given the needed resources for the improvement, repairs and maintenance, use of water and
electricity for all the building amenities, common areas, facilities, and equipment for the general welfare of
its tenants and residents.

The Property Management Office is committed to deliver improvements this year and it will only materialize
through your faithful giving of share in the expenses. We sincerely aim to improve the services provided to
all the residents which may only be possible if your share for the common operational expenses is paid on
time and complete.

Please see below basis stated in our 2nd Amended Master Deed Dated 8 June 2017 for your reference:

SECTION 7.

d. Sharing of Expenses

Each buyer of the corporation shall contribute towards defraying the common expenses of the
CONDOMINIUM, according to the amount of Regular Annual Assessment as quantified in the MASTER
DEED (or its monthly equivalent). Where such regular annual assessment is deficient in covering the total
common expenses, such deficiency shall be shared by the members according to the percentage of his
interest.

Each buyer of the Association shall share in the common expenses including all taxes of the
CONDOMINIUM, the LAND wherein the condominium is situated, open spaces and parking areas assigned
to the condominium in the same sharing or percentage.
