I submit this letter of intent to notify and request that FOREST LAWN MEMORIAL PARK wants
to hold for a PROPOSED STRAIGHT MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEME dubbed as “ NO DOWN
PAYMENT SCHEME 2019 .” to all classification of Lots (Lawn Lot Garden, 2 Lot Garden, 4 Lot
Garden and Family Estate). This promotion is to provide our buyer for a convenient payment
and wise spending plan to provide a descent place for their love ones who passes away but
continue to inspire them.

2 Lot Garden – Special Premium

66,727.00 Financing Amount

1 yr @12% = 5,299.00 monthly (12 months)

2 yrs @ 12% = 3,141.00 monthly (24 months)
3 yrs @ 14% = 2,281.00 monthly (36 months)
4 yrs @ 14% = 1,823.00 monthly (48 months)
5 yrs@16% = 1,623.00 monthly (60 months)

In case where death occurs, Interment shall be permitted at any time provided that the monthly balance
of the lot be used has already been paid in full.

Commissions

Sales Counselors can get monthly cash commission on a monthly payment of his/her buyer.
Commissions will be considered paid if the buyer had at least paid 24% of the Pre-need Price that it
depends on a year of contract.
