1. The Vicente Patricio Memorial Elementary School, District III, Division of Cadiz City
through the 2019 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Php 2,400.00 being the approved
budget for the contract (Meals for World Teachers Day Celebration). Bids received in excess
of meals shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Vicente Patricio Memorial Elementary School, District III, Division of Cadiz City
through the 2019 MOOE intends to apply the sum of Php 2,400.00 for meals 001, being
approved budget for school supplies on October 2019 to payments under the contract of lot
item 001. Bids received in excess of the meals each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Vicente Patricio Memorial Elementary School, District III, Division of Cadiz City
Now invites bids for meals for World Teachers Day Celebration. Delivery of the meals is
required on October 5, 2019. Bidders should have completed, within October 1-4, 2019 from
the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive
bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the
Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) or Public Act (RA) 9184 otherwise known as the
government procurement report act “with some amendments, as stated in this bidding
documents and is open to all bidders form the eligible source. The contract shall be awarded
to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during
post – qualification.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Vicente Patricio Memorial
Elementary School and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during
October 4, 2019, 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on October 01-
04, 2019 from the address below Vicente Patricio Memorial Elementary School, Purok Zone
6 Brgy. Magsaysay, Cadiz City Negros Occidental and upon payment of the applicable fee
for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPPB1 , in the
amount of 16, 000.00.
6. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government
Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) {[insert and the website of the Procuring Entity,
as applicable]} provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents
not later than the submission of their bids.
7. The VPMES will hold a Pre-Bid Conference2 on October 03, 2019, 9:00AM at the Principal’s
Office of Vicente Patricio Memorial Elementary School, which shall be open to prospective
bidders.
8. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before October
4, 2019 9AM. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 1, 000. 00
in [insert the acceptable form].
Bid opening shall be on October 04, 2019 9AM at Principal’s Office of VPMES, Brgy.
Magsaysay Cadiz City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives
who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
10. The Vicente Patricio Memorial Elementary School reserves the right to accept or reject any
bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any
liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
