SUBJECT : Increase in 2022 Condominium Dues Effective January 2022
Dear Valued Unit Owners,

Please be informed that the Board of Trustees of Avida Towers Centera Condominium Corporation appr ov ed
the increase of the 2022 Condominium Dues effective January 2022 during the meeting held last January 15,
2022. The Condominium Dues shall be collected from every member to defray the administrative cost and
operational expenses of the Condominium. This year, the adjustment in our dues focuses more on the
increasing repair and rehabilitation works in our property and were necessary owing to the rising operational
costs including the increase in manpower dedicated for sanitation, security for CCTV operations, customer
relations, as well as regulatory compliances and inflation. The Dues will cover as well to the Upkeep, Repairs
and Maintenance of Residential Building, Utilities (Electricity and Water) of Common Area, Professional Fees ,
Security and General Services of Property Management Team, Insurance, Taxes and Licenses of all
equipment, and Miscellaneous expenses.

We would like to inform as well the whole Centera Community that the Condominium Corporation appr oved
the five percent (5%) discount to all unit owners who will settle One (1) year (January – December 2022)
advance payment of Condominium and Parking Dues (if applicable). To avail of the discount, the following
conditions must be followed:
• Payment must be one-time either thru direct deposit, online or dated check
(Please see the official payment facilities of the Condominium Corporation as shown below)
• Payment must be done on or before February 28, 2022.
• No outstanding balance for the Condominium Dues, Parking Dues, Water and Other assessment
from the previous years.
• Payment must be coordinated thru the Administration Office for the computation of the discount
and issuance of official receipt.

payment facilities of the Condominium Corporation.
