Greetings!

We are introducing ourselves as SANDOVAL LIWAG OLAN


CAPE MAYO & ASSOCIATES Law Office, an up-and-coming group
of skilled and hardworking lawyers in Lipa City.

ATTY. DANILO S. SANDOVAL is a law professor and retired


Regional Trial Court Judge and State Prosecutor with almost forty
years of litigation experience under his belt.

ATTY. ARISTOTLE O. LIWAG is a law practitioner since 1997


and specializing in government regulations.

ATTY. ARVIN M. CAPE is a licensed estate planner and expert


in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations, corporate
merger and consolidation.

ATTY. CARLO MAGNO K. MAYO is a business law practitioner


and professor who is well-skilled in contract drafting and negotiation.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Our law office offers the following legal services:

1. Legal Counselling
2. Legal Representation
3. Estate Planning
4. Legal Documentation and Notarization
Legal Counselling

Legal counselling on any national and local laws such as but


not limited to Civil Code of the Philippines, Labor Code, Corporation
Code, National Internal Revenue Code, Immigration Act, General
Banking Act, Revised Penal Code, Omnibus Election Code, Local
Government Code, Public Services Act, Environmental and Mining
Laws, Omnibus Investment Act, and Provincial, City and Municipal
Ordinances.

Legal Representation

To appear as counsels should there be a litigation before any


court of law, quasi-judicial and fact-finding bodies. To secure judicial
processes such as but not limited to provisional liberty, temporary
restraining order, preliminary injunction, Writ of Amparo, writ of
Kalikasan, Writ of Habeas Corpus, Writ of Habeas Data and Writ of
execution.

Estate Planning

To formulate estate planning strategy for smooth and efficient


transfer of assets in case of death, incapacity or illness of the
principal within the parameters allowed by law. This would include
knowledge and appreciation of underlying tax incidents as well as the
application of relevant tax provisions.

Legal Documentation and Notarization

To draft and notarize legal documents such as but not limited


to affidavits, contracts, secretary's certificates, board resolutions,
deeds of sale, chattel and real estate mortgage, demand letters,
notarial and holographic will, memorandum of agreements and
compromise agreements.

LEGAL PROFESSIONAL FEES

The services of our law office for legal counselling, estate


planning and legal documentation and notarization services can be
retained for a monthly fee of
___________________________________________. But any incidental
charges such as government fees and taxes shall always be for your
account.
Legal representation before courts of law and quasi-judicial
offices and fact-finding bodies shall be a subject of separate billing
taking into consideration the nature of legal issues involved and the
volume of work to be performed.
