Dear Mr./Ms. _________________:

This has reference to my request to open a temporary Kabigting’s Halo-Halo sub-branch


in Floridablanca, Pampanga. As you probably know, our franchise has been severely affected by
the repairs being done on _________________ Bridge. This resulted in fluctuating and very low
sales on our end. As such, I have intimated my desire to open a sub-branch located at Sta.
Maria, St., Poblacion, Floridablanca, and while you have agreed in principle to this arrangement,
I wish to formalize the same in writing.

With this and as per our verbal agreement, I will be opening a sub-branch located at the
above-stated address which shall immediately be closed down once the construction of
___________ Bridge has been completed and we can finally operate our original branch. Kindly
affix your signature on the space provided below to indicate your conformity and formalize this
agreement. Thank you.
