Mr. Ortega:

I write regarding your non-payment of your obligation on your assumption of

mortgage to the vehicle Toyota Vios with Chassis No. PA1B18F32M4153911.

Records disclose that you have an outstanding debt with me in the amount of
Php 70,999.75 inclusive of interests and penalties for three (3) months’ worth of
unpaid amortizations which has exhausted the grace period granted to me
under the law. Despite numerous informal demands, you failed and
continuously fail to pay the aforesaid amount.

Accordingly, FIRST DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount
of Php 70,999.75 within SEVEN (7) calendar days from receipt of this letter.
Nonetheless, I am willing to amicably settle with you. Thus, I offer that you
return the vehicle to me within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of this
letter and I will pay you Php 40,000.00 and free you of your liabilities to me.

Should you still fail to heed this demand letter within the prescribed period, I
will be compelled to file the necessary legal action against you with regard to
the contracts you have entered without my consent and to acts constituting
carnapping.

I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to
avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.
