Re: Agreement for Employment as Independent Contractor for Business Development in Malaysia for
Petronas Project Only.

Dear Oh Kheng Siang,

This Agreement for Employment as an Independent Contractor (the "Agreement") is entered into on
[16-11-23 ] (the "Effective Date") between JHT Global Sdn. Bhd.(110619) a company registered under
the laws of Malaysia, having its principal place of business at 44-1, Jalan PJS 11/28A, Bandar Sunway,
47500 Subang Jaya (the "Company") together with any of it affliate company that has association,
Relationship or links with it (“Affliate Company”), and you Mr.OH KHENG SIANG, (I/C no :
650715085007) an independent contractor providing business development services (the "Contractor")
for the Petronas Project Only as a Commission Agent.
1. Scope of Engagement:

1.1 The Contractor shall provide business development services to the Company in Malaysia (the
"Services") for Petronas Project Only. The Contractor shall perform the Services diligently and in a
professional manner, using their best efforts to promote and develop the Company's business interests.

2. Non-Undercutting:

2.1 The Company, its agents, or Affiliate Companies shall not undercut the Contractor in the
engagement of any of the companies introduced by the Contractor during the term of this Agreement.

The Company & Mr. OH KHENG SIANG (I/C no : 650715085007), in good faith, ensure that the OH
KHENG SIANG & Company’s interests and compensation are protected in these engagements for both
parties.
3. Compensation:
3.1 Both Parties agreed that instead of a monthly salary, Mr. OH KHENG SIANG shall be paid
commission as at RM 1 per hour per laborer that the Company and/or its Affiliate Company will be
supplying to.
3.2 If the company doesn’t receive any salary of 15 days of running month within the next 10
working days in that event Company reserves the right to hold or cancel the agreement anytime. And in
on this event Mr. OH KHENG SIANG (I/C no : 650715085007) Guarantor and Will be pay to company.
3.3 In the event of any cancellation of the agreement then the Contractor Mr. OH KHENG SIANG (I/C
no : 650715085007) will be liable and pay all the Salary, due payments & compensation.
4. Confidentiality:

4.1 Mr. OH KHENG SIANG. agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Company information, trade
secrets, and any other sensitive data encountered during the engagement.

5. Termination:
5.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party with
60 days' notice with continuing compensation in paragraph 3 above of the laborers that the Contractor
had manage to source for the Company and/or its Affiliate Company.
6. Governing Law:
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
