• The headquarters of the company is in Navi Mumbai
India.

Covid Protocols in Reliance

• Reliance Foundation Hospital enhances pediatric,


adult critical care units.
• Reliance Foundation scales up COVID operations in
Mumbai
• Reliance will be managing nearly 875 beds,
including 145 ICU beds, across NSCI, Seven Hills
Hospital and The Trident, BKC.

• Job Loss: The rising job cuts by organizations has


instilled a fear among those employees returning to
work.
• Workload: The pressure of completion of the tasks
would make employees anxious since they might be
required to do overtime.
• Safety: The prime concern for a large percentage of
employees would be their safety. Many employees
would still prefer the option to work from home and

• Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager.


• Job Summary: In this job, the task is to recruit
professionals who are good in hiring employees
suitable to do field sales and have good
communication skills in order to explain properly
about the products and achieve the targets for the
period. An applicant is expected to have a Bachelors
degree of Management or commerce and should
have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the
sales field and good communication skills.

 Compensation/CTC Package: 2.2L to 3.6 L CTC per annum + Heavy Incentives based on sales performance +

 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience of at least 6 months of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
• Local resident for some time.
• 2-Wheeler/4-Wheeler must.
• 2 vaccination certification required along with other documents.
