WC Xtreme Rice logo has the icon of the leaves which is symbolized agriculture.

The logo name signifies what service that a business can offer.

WC Xtreme Rice is the proposed name of the business established by Samyl

Marc Reforsado, Czaryl Mae Tantog, Mary Jane Rebalde and Shariffa Avegail

Simborio. The proponents went to a brainstorming to come up with their business name.

The compositions of the business name are as follows:

WC is a prefix used to indicate “We Care”, for the customers health. WC Xtreme

Rice is a business that offers well processed and produced rice that are safe and

healthy to eat. WC Xtreme Rice is a business that produces rice that gives satisfaction

to its consumers. The mail goal of the business is to meet the needs and expectation of
its valued consumers, building a strong relationship with them by offering them premium

quality rice that are so affordable.

Project Proponents

The proponents behind in formulating the business namely Samyl Marc

Reforsado, Czaryl Mae Tantog, Mary Jane Rebalde and Shariffa Avegail Simborio who

are four-year degree students taking up Bachelor of Science Business Administration

Major in Marketing Management. WC Xtreme Rice was proposed and review and

acknowledgement of panel of experts. This examination activated the group to make it

achievable.

Type of Organization

WC Xtreme Rice is partnership type which the members to contribute money,

equipment and knowledge equally for the development of the business. Each of us

agreed to divide the profit and loss of the business equally.

Location of the Project

The project is located at Curvada, Bansalan Davao Del Sur. Our warehouse is

accessible to any types of vehicle and can be easily locate, because it is only 1000

meters away from town. Our target market are hotels, restaurants, mini-marts,

households and sari-sari stores in Bansalan, Davao Del Sur and we do offer online

booking delivery anywhere in Mindanao with minimum purchase.

Step1. The proponents decide to plan the recruitment and selection by looking

for a job that has a vacancy or what the business needs in terms of position to operate

its service.

The matrix above emphasizes the personnel management that will provide for

the personnel. The business plan personnel management shows the employees

responsibilities and the goals of the company. It shows the equal treatment of

employees and applicants inside and outside of the business. It provides guidance for

the management and training. The qualifications required will also develop an open,

light and honest communication and empowering employees in the workplace. One of

the important things is that a manager should communicate expectations and let his

employees be empowered. With this the organization will build a positive atmosphere,

trust and teamwork instead of defense action and fear.

The proponents will give rewards, appreciation and recognition to the employees

who did their best in their respective functions, areas and position. They will also

provide teambuilding activities camaraderie, relaxation, improve and reinforce as a way

their skills and collaboration for the prosperity of the business, the company will provide

working hand and good performance. As such are intended to be done so that the

Job Analysis is a primary tool to collect job-related data. The process results in

collecting and recording two data sets including job description and job specification. It

is necessary to define them accurately in order to fit the right person at the right place

and at the right time. This helps both employer and employee understand what exactly

the needs to be delivered and to be performed. To have a successful business

operation, it is important to have a productive man power force. Therefore, it is fully

required to hire an employee that has an equipped knowledge and is motivated in

achieving the goals and objectives of the company.

Job Title: Admin

An Admin/Owner role is to oversee the administrative operations of a business.

They are in charge of the department’s day-to-day functions as well as supervising and
supporting staff. Owners access high-level administrative features like accounting,

marketing, operations, billing, workspace authentication, access, security policies, and

more. There can only be one Primary Owner of a workspace, but this role can be

transferred to another member.

Job Description

Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff

members. Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when

necessary. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and

procedures. Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is

working and properly maintained

Job Title: Labor

A loader of WC Xtreme Rice is a person who will work in a warehouse and in

delivery operation. This person is responsible for helping to load sacks of rice onto

trucks to be transported away. It is a labor and time-intensive job that requires both

physical exertion and also quick thinking, adherence to regulations, and good

organizational skills.

Qualification

 Must be a High School Graduate

 At least years of experience working as a loader for different delivery companies

 Highly experienced in performing duties that are part of a loader’s job including

loading and unloading merchandize

 Hands-on experience in monitoring products as they are moved from one place

to another in order to ensure safety of the shipment involved

Job Description

We are looking for punctual candidates with good time management skills for the

position of Driver. Drivers are responsible for delivering packages to clients in a timely

manner, working on nights and weekends and ensuring that vehicles are always ready

for use, among other duties. Drivers will need to lift heavy objects and load them into

their vehicles, requiring upper body strength and physical stamina.

.Security Guard

We are looking for a professional Security Guard to protect our premises,

products, equipments and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and

prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. Secures premises and personnel by

patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; products and access points;

permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by

reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining

trespassers. Its a big help to ensure the safety of our business.

Proposed Policies, Rules and Regulations

Below are the following rules and regulations that shall be applied to all

employees of WC Xtreme Rice that each employee must act and follow which is

applicable from time to time.

Attendance/Leave Policy

 Each employee is entitled to mark their check in and check out properly every

day and honesty is the best policy.

 Employees who will be late or absent from work must inform their boss ahead of

time. Regular late and absences without valid reason will not be accepted.

 Employees are entitled with three types of leave which is casual/sick leave,

privilege leave, maternity and paternity leave.

 On leave for more than consecutive seven (7) working days without formal

acknowledgement in the organization will be considered as job abandonment.

Uniform Policy

 Dress code is to be followed strictly. Employees must wear their uniforms to look

neat and presentable while on the job.


 Employees should wear their company’s identification card (ID)

Working Hour Policy

 Employees must work eight (8) hours a day, two (2) rest day in a week and

overtime will be paid.

 Employees are expected contribute operating effectiveness and productivity on

the job.

 Employees who work late on overtime must ensure that the equipment’s used

are properly shut off before they leave the workplace.

 Any employee arrives to work under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will

not be permitted to work.

 Laziness is not tolerated.

Break Time Policy

 Rest Break should be 25 minutes for morning and in the afternoon.

 Lunch break or dinner break will be one (1) hour. If the personnel will be late, the

salary will be deducted accordingly.

Proposed Training and Development

WC Xtreme Rice training and development plan will be based on an assessment

of the organizations training and development needs.

It is the intention of WC Xtreme Rice that all training be planned activity that

employees receive training necessary to achieve development of skills, knowledge,


abilities and attitudes related to their job duties and individual growth in their own

departments and the organization overall; that training programs will provide for the full

development and utilization of the human resources potential of the staff in

conformance with the institutional values and strategic plan of WC Xtreme Rice.

Since we are facing pandemic employees are also guided to practice the

IATF Protocol on social distancing, wearing face mask wearing of face shield and

proper hygiene inside and outside of the premises. The company will do its best to train

and secure the safety of our customers and staff. Regular disinfecting and sanitizing of

products will be practiced.

Curvada, Bansalan Davao Del Sur. One of the busiest streets in Davao. The business

of rice retailing has a major impact that we need to lead, business to success. The

major reasons to become a rice Retail Company will have to be competitive in the

market where it has an accessible location. This can make a big impact on the

business.

WC Xtreme Rice offers affordable prices yet with a good quality product to the

target market. We must listen to every consumer’s comment, feedback and suggestions

because these help us improve our products and services, and that we also value our

customer’s responses. The process of improvement of the WC Xtreme Rice will focus

on internal and external factors of the organization to identify its strength and weakness.

competition, that is why they keep on working to find and attract more clients for the
business to grow even more in the market. Every year competitors have something new

market that is why we are also trying a new kind of strategy which is selling products

the said business online through social media such as Facebook and posting their

company contact numbers for direct inquiries. They also created their own website and

page that provides helpful information for those consumers considering the service to

make lives easier. Furthermore, the business will also make a deep impact to the lives

health benefits which our products offer rather than. Given that all Filipinos can’t eat

without rice on their tables, by using some marketing strategies, our personnel will

explain that a quality of rice is also known for its health benefits. And for years now,

body with essential nutrients. But one thing most people do not understand is that every

brand is different from the other and consuming the wrong rice will not help you achieve

the desired results. As we all know that low quality rice now is spreading in the market
