remedies available tous under the Loan Agreement executed by you all, we are also empowered to initiate action under the said Act.

In accordance with the Act, we are entitled to adopt measures outlined in Section 13(4), including but not limited to the possession and sale o
secured asset, without requiring a court order.

We hereby request the immediate settlement of the outstanding amount of Rs. 36219.00, to avoid any further action. We trust that you will add
