MOM of SRRWA GBM – 3rd June 2023


1. Financial updates – Quick summary for May 2023. (Refer to slide # 3)

2. Promotional & Monthly revenue- From April 2022 to May 2023, INR 5,36,476 /- was incurred by
society (Refer to slide #4)

3. Swimming Pool maintenance for Tiles, Grouting and Painting work – As discussed, and agreed
in GBM the work would be carried out in Q3 FY 23-24. Estimated cost of INR 2,50,000/- for this
work. (Refer to Slide# 5 for more details)

4. Tennis Court - Two options were discussed (refer to slides # 6,7)


A. Grass matting and Net cover from topside for multi-purpose
B. Synthetic Painting for tennis court.
As discussed, and agreed in GBM, Option A was finalized for tennis court. Estimated cost of
INR 4,00,000/-. To develop this Amenity, expense will be borne from the income of
Promotional Revenue. Estimated timeline to complete the work would be by Q2 FY 23-24.

5. Net Covering in Ducts – As discussed and agreed in GBM all Duct & corresponding opening in
corridors across building will be closed using the Net to avoid the mayhem caused by
pigeons/bats with estimated cost of INR 1,30,000/-. Estimated timeline to complete the work
would be by Q2 FY 23-24. (Refer to the slide # 8)

6. Office for Association- As discussed, and agreed in GBM, office for association will be setup near
entry gate ramp with estimated cost of INR 70,000/-. Estimated timeline to complete the work
would be by Q1 FY 23-24 (refer to slide #9)

7. Borewell AMC- As discussed and agreed in GBM, AMC for all 5 operating Borewell will be
started from June 2023 for 12 months with cost of INR 1,10,000/- (refer to slide #10)

8. Corpus collection - As discussed, and agreed in GBM, Corpus will be collected from August 2023
via MyGate and Maximum 6 no. of installments. Corpus will be collected to SBI bank account.
(Refer to slide #11)

9. Automation of Temple account- As discussed, and agreed in GBM, we will circulate the Google
form with individuals to get their consent and fund will be collected via MyGate and will be
transferred to temple account. This is monthly voluntarily contribution from residents based
on their authorization. Denominations for the voluntarily contributions would be as following,

and monthly invoice will be generated based on your option selected for the respective flat. For
Option A, no invoice will be generated. This will be implemented from July 2023 onwards via
MyGate.

10. Terrace cloth hanging – As discussed, and agreed in GBM, all existing ropes for cloth drying from
terrace will be removed. Association will provide dedicated space for cloth drying on terrace. No
residents will be allowed to put their own ropes or wires on the terrace or common area. These
will be used on first come first serve basis. Estimated timeline to complete the work would be
by Q2 FY 23-24. (Refer to slide #13)

11. Discipline & Penalties - As discussed, and agreed in GBM, please find the below points and
penalties with immediate effect.

A. SR Campus is spitting free campus, any individual found spitting within campus will be
fined with INR 2000/-.
B. All common areas including basement / terrace are considered as no smoking / alcohol
zone, any violations in code of conduct will be fined with INR 2000/-.
C. Pet potty is serious havoc in the SR from past few months, Cleaning of Pet Potty should
be responsible of the Pet Owner and any violations in code of conduct will be fined with
INR 2000/-.
D. We request all residents owning the Pets to provide the latest vaccination certificate
by authorized Vet doctor to the association by end of June 2023, post cutoff date
there will be fine of INR 5000/-.
E. Pets are not allowed in common areas like children play area, garden next to temple,
walking track, terrace, and basement until otherwise you are moving in/out of the
society.
F. Upon valid proofs of violations in code of conduct, all penalties will be added via
MyGate to the respective flats.

12. Open Points discussed by Residents- Below points were discussed in GBM
A. Cameras in Terrace entry doors/ Lifts: Association will explore the options and present
in the next SRRWA meetings.
B. Reflector mirror near exit gate security cabin: Association will explore the options and
place the reflector mirror accordingly.
C. Using the 3rd Gate for deliveries/school bus pickup/drop: Association will explore the
feasibility /risks on this and revert.
D. Exterior cracks on walls: As discussed and agreed in GBM, options will be explored post
corpus collection as cost involved is more.
E. OC update from builder: As discussed in GBM, pls find the last email communication
from builder.
