Scope of work - Clinker Silo Cleaning

1. Preparation of base for erection of scaffolding:

 We have to extract the maximum amount of usable clinker and make the surface
flat. This job can be done in phases so that the scaffolding job can be started parallel.
2. Scaffolding erection:

 Scaffolding needs to be erected. We can Procure scaffolding pipes also.

3. Silo top Structure Cleaning and painting:

 Silo top structure must be clean from dust, debris and wire brush must be used to
remove the corrosion.
 Structure inspection shall be done for welded joints in order before starting of
painting. Signed Protocols to be made.
 Correction of the observation points.
 Painting of the Structure.
4. Silo Wall Cleaning:

 Removal of clinker coatings from the silo wall.

 Grinding the concrete walls as per requirement.
 Repair of concrete walls where ever required.
 We can also go white wash of the side walls with lime powder.
5. Removal of scaffolding
6. Cleaning of the silo ground:

 Removal of residual clinker and debris from the ground.

 Filling of Marble Slurry – bed of about 100 mm to be maintained.
 Compaction of the ground.

ERRONEOUS CALCULATION OF FINAL SETTLEMENT OF MY PF.

1. The interest rate calculated by PF office is 8.1 percent on my EPF amount for the period of
1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023. However, as per GOI declaration interest rate applicable
for this period is 8.15 percent. As per my calculation the difference comes out is INR 2107.
2. My PF claim settlement was done on 15th May 2023, so the interest should be paid up to
15th May 2023, but interest amount was paid up to 31st March 2023. As per my calculation,
difference amount is INR 15428 for the period of 1st April 2023 to 15th May 2023. It should
be paid as INR 45,727 while I had been paid only INR 30,296 for the said period.
3. As per the GOI Policy, if any person contributes regularly more than 20 years in his EPF, he
will get a bonus reward of INR 50,000. I am entitled for to avail this bonus. This shall be paid
to me.

EPFO Comments:

With reference to your grievance it is informed that as per office software EPF interest 8.1 percent
was given for Rs. 336309/- in F-Y year 2022-2023 and for the month of April 2023 interest was given
Rs. 30296/-, 8.1 percent. As per EPF Act, 1952 Para 60(2)(ii) withdrawal during the current year
interest for the beginning of the current year up to the last day of month proceeding the month of
withdrawal. Kindly provide Gazette notification or circular of EPFO in respect of point no.3
