This contract is pertain to services render from “Minibig Technologies” for Web s ite an d
Application Designing & Development to its Client.

General Conditions:
 This Agreement is commence from the 5th working day of the date of its signing & first
payment till the time of project fixed hereafter for completion.
 During Contract period, both parties are not allowed to halt or abort the work of this project.
 Payment of 40% will be made in advance where rest of payment will be made as per the mentioned
terms.
 Payment will be in cash or through cheque in favor of “MiniBig Technologies”. 13% tax additional
shall be paid on each invoice.
 Details of project are mentioned in section 2
 Payment terms are mentioned in section 3

Total amount of the project has been decided as 700,000/- PKR

 Payment Terms – “Section 3”

1. MBT agreed that entire job will be carried out as per agreement / quotation approved by both the
parties.

2. This whole project consist 4 “MILESTONES” works included to finish the development and make
the project live. Connection of UI with Back-end Functions, Responsiveness of software.

3. 40% of payment as “Milestone 1” will be paid in advance amounting to Rs. 280,000 + 13% tax (i.e.
Rs. 36,400) total amount Rs. 316,400.

4. 20% of payment as “Milestone 2” will be paid in advance amounting to Rs. 140,000 + 13% tax (i.e.
Rs. 18,200) total amount Rs. 158,200.

5. 20% of payment as “Milestone 3” will be paid in advance amounting to Rs. 140,000 + 13% tax (i.e.
Rs. 18,200) total amount Rs. 158,200.

6. 10% of payment as “Milestone 4” will be paid in advance amounting to Rs. 70,000 + 13% tax (i.e.
Rs. 9,100) total amount Rs. 79,100.

7. The remaining 10% of payment will be paid after free support of 60 days amounting to Rs. 70,000 +
13% tax (i.e. Rs. 9,100) total amount Rs. 79,100.

8. No extra work will be allowed without additional information within approvals.

9. The time specified to complete the development work is 120 working days with deployment after full
Q/A.

10. Contract shall commence after signing of this agreement and advance payment of milestone 1 (as
mentioned in clause 3).
11. If failed to complete the work within the specified period apart from any accident, law and order
situation or delay on discussions & approvals. Penalty should be imposed of Rs. 1000/- per day, and
shall be deducted from the retention money.

12. After compilation / installation the contractor will provide Free Service/Maintenance for 2 months on
urgent basis as and when required. Where the service hours per month are decided to be 80 hours.

13. Development time period of 70 working days will start after the complete scope of work has been
finalized and signed by Ghulam Muhammad School Portal.
