AGREEMENT

This Agreement is executed on 23 August 2022 between [Data Blaze

Global ] having office at [ GM Tower, E-281, 2nd Floor, Office No.
201, Phase 8-A, Indl Area, Sec-75, Mohali – 160071 E – mail :
support@datablazeglobal.in | www.datablazeglobal.in].Herein after
for brevity’s sake referred to as First Party, which expression shall,
unless exclude by or repugnant to the context Vill. Gharaun Punjab
Kharar Pincode – 140413, be deemed to mean and include its
permitted assigns and successors-in-interest REPRESENT OF THIS
COMPANY [ Mr Sameer.]

[Ritu ] refer to Party as residing at [ D/O Mast Ram, H.No. - Maloya

Colony, Chandigarh - 160025 ] Hereinafter for brevity’s sake referred
to as “ Associate”).
This Business Agreement confirmation has to be read carefully and all the
terms and conditions stipulated in this Business Agreement should be
followed strictly and seriously throughout the whole project operation.

• Anyone willing to take up the data conversion assignment from

company should make sure that he/she is capable enough to
accomplish task successfully.
Interpretation:

• All references to a specified clause or schedule shall be construed as a reference to that

specified clause or schedule of this Business Agreement.
• All references to a number of days mean calendar days, unless expressly indicated.
• In this Business Agreement, the headings are inserted for ease of reference only and shall not
be used to limit or restrict any of the provisions of this Business Agreement.

Territory:

Refers to the territory of the signing parties represents India and laws of The Republic of India
shall govern this Business agreement.
Instruction to the Executors:

The First Party reserves the rights to reject any amendments where the requirements of these
instructions are not compiled. Any memoranda, letters, drawings and information given prior
to the issue of this Business Agreement and duly counter signing this ordered by the
Executors, will not form part of the Business Agreement between the successful Executors and
the First Party.
The Executors attention is drawn to the fact that the Executors shall place his signature in the
Business Agreement copy and return the copy immediately to the contractual division of the First
Party.

All queries shall be categorised by document and reference to the Business Agreement
number, appropriate clause, and paragraph or drawing number. Such queries shall be resolved
in writing and issued to Executors.
While all regional care has been taken by the First Party to insure that soft copies of all files
and documents issued by First Party are free from non-computer viruses, First Party makes no
warranty that the soft copy are virus free and the Executor should insure that the soft copy
receive from First Party are scanned and are free from virus before installing, reading or
otherwise using the soft copy on their computer system. First Party disclaims all liabilities and
shall not entertain any claims for losses, damages, cost, what so ever arising from viruses
found in soft copies.

*Please read our terms & conditions carefully.

** Processing Fees is Non Refundable under any circumstances.
*** If the Accuracy is less than 80% then the entire assignment submitted by you will be
rejected and ID will be blocked permanently and no further assignment will be provided to
Business Associate. No pay out will be given to Business Associate. Also, Processing fees and
security amount will not be refunded to Business Associate.
**** Business Associate has to fill 29 entries per form. Business Associate has to calculate
Instalment manually.

Mode of Payment:

The mode of payment will be paid through in the form of GOOGLE PAY/PAYTM/UPI
TRANSFER /PHONE PAY/ACCOUNT PAY (NEFT/IMPS).

Submission Of Assignment

In order to submit the Assignment Business Associate has to submit the work via clicking on
SUBMIT WORK button which is there in the software. Once the Business Associate clicks on
this button then a folder will be created in the root directory of Business Associate’s
computer/laptop. The name of the folder will be the same as Business Associate’s Login ID
Name. Business Associate has to email this folder to [Support@ datablazeglobal.in]email
within 2 working days. Failing to send the email will be consider that the assignment has not
been done and Business Associate Login ID will be blocked permanently. No further
assignments will be provided. Also, Security amount will not be refunded to Business Associate.

Data Management System (DMS):

• The given assignment is based on our software which will be installed in your computer/laptop.
• Any editing with the software or distribution of it is strictly not allowed. If user tries to do it,
our software might get locked and all work entered by you will lost and you will be solely
responsible for it. Then company will block your work id and you will not able to take any
assignments thereafter. Our software can track if any manipulation done and can block work
id. The company can also take Legal action.
• There should not be any missing, extra or duplicate text. If found any, then it will be counted
in errors.
• There should not be any mismatch in upper and lower case (small/capital letters).
• The row dump should be true copy of the scanned file any deviation from that will be
considered as an error.

• When the user submits the work then a folder will be created in the root directory having
named same as user’s Login id. User has to email the folder to our company email address for
the quality check.

Details of Errors & Report:

• It should be considered here that only 20% Errors (i.e. 300 Errors) are allowed in complete
assignment. If more than 20% errors are found, then the entire assignment submitted by you
will be rejected and ID will be blocked permanently.
• If any row is found missing in assignment, the whole assignment will be rejected and ID will
be blocked permanently.
• If you do not complete 1000 entries in software in 9 days, and still if you submit your work
then it will be considered as an error and the entire assignment submitted by you will be
rejected and ID will be blocked permanently.

Details of Payment:

• Payment will be released only after the quality check report is generated. Business
Associate will get the quality report on his registered Email ID after 7 Days of assignment
submission.
• Payment will not be paid if submitted assignment does not qualify quality standard or if
more than 20% errors are found. Basis on errors in quality check report, Business
Associate will get payment.
• If Business Associate’s assignment quality check report qualifies the quality standard,
payment will be transferred to the Business Associates given account number within next
three working days.
• If Business Associate is unable to complete 1000 forms with the quality standards required,
then the Business Associate is not eligible for his pay-out.
Note: If Business Associate fails to complete the first assignment, ID of the Business
Associate will get blocked and no further assignment would be provided to him in future.

*TERMS AND CONDITION

• Anyone willing to take up the data conversion assignment from company should make sure
that he/she is capable enough to accomplish task successfully.
• Company will check the skills of the user before providing him/her work. The skill test will
be based on typing test.
• Company will not take any ownership if the assignment is not completed within the
stipulated time line given to the Business Associate.
• If Business Associate is unable to complete the assignment within the stipulated time, then
the remaining assignments will be cancelled and the security deposit will be forfeited.
• If Business Associate takes an assignment, then the Business Associate will be fully
responsible for all the completion of the assignment and will have to adhere with all the terms
and conditions of the assignment.
• No new assignment will be given to the Business Associate if he/she is unable to complete
the previous given assignment meeting the quality guidelines, in such conditions security
deposit is not refundable.
• *Security Deposit is refundable only when the Business Associate completes his first
assignment qualifying the quality check report. In case the Business Associate doesn’t
complete the 1st Assignment the security deposit will be forfeited.
• At any point of time if it’s found that the Business Associate is involved in any criminal
activity then the company reserves the right to cancel all the assignment given and block the
ID permanently.
• If in any condition the client fails to remit the pay-out of 1st party, then 1st party is liable to
pay only security amount to 2nd party. If 1st party terminates the contract agreement before
due date, then, only processing fee if any will be fully refundable to 2ndparty.

Installation of software will be done within 2 working days from the day of Agreement.
After the installation Login ID will be provided to Business Associate via Email within 1
working day.

terms and conditions of this agreement and accept the same.
