CONTRACT AGREEMENT

CLIENT:

CONSULTANT: ARCHICON ENGINEERS PVT LTD ISLAMABAD

THIS CONTRACT (hereinafter called the “Contract”) is made, between ____________________

holding CNIC No __________________________ resident of _______________ and M/S
Archicon Engineers Private limited Islamabad, office no 108, Maher Arcade, G-14/4, Islamabad on
the other hand ( hereinafter called the “ CONSULTANT” which expression shall include the
predecessors, legal representatives and permitted assigns).
WHEREAS

NOW THEREFORE the Parties hereby agree as follows:

The scope of the services is defined as follows:

1. Detailed architectural and structure design including the following:

1.1 Layout plans
1.2 -3D elevations of a good standard as per the satisfaction of the Employer.
1.3 Detailed Architectural working drawings.
2. Electrical Design, telecom structured cabling for internet, security cameras and working
drawings.
3. Plumbing Design and drawings.
4. Gas network design, drawings.
5. Detail structural drawings.
6. Two sits visits.
Terms and Conditions

The Employer will pay an amount of Rs. ______/sft for design and 3 periodic visits once
required.
The payment shall be paid at the following schedule:
• 30% shall be paid by acception of proposal.
• 20% at the submission of architectural plans to (in one week after approval of the
project, in case the approval is delayed by more than one week then payment shall be
released without further delay). The submission drawings architectural and
firefighting plans shall be submitted in 20 days. The interior and exterior 3-D designs
shall be completed in 2-weeks.
• 30 % shall be paid on 3D.
• 20 % shall be paid acception of all drawings.
• The client will not pay any other amount on account of design to the consultant.

Additionally, the following points shall be addressed by the client

(a) The Consultant shall carry out the services in accordance with the provisions of the
Contract Agreement;
(b) The Employer shall make payments to the Consultants in accordance with the
Payment schedule as mentioned above.
(c) The consultant shall provide due support to the marketing activities of the project.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Contract Agreement to be signed
in their respective names in two identical counterparts, each of which shall be deemed as the
original, as of the day and year first above written.
