THIS CONTRACT (hereinafter called the “Contract”) is made, between ____________________

Archicon Engineers Private limited Islamabad, office no 2, Muhammad plaza opposite to Millen
shadi hall bypass road Thana, on the other hand ( hereinafter called the “ CONSULTANT” which
expression shall include the predecessors, legal representatives and permitted assigns).
WHEREAS

Responsibilities of Mr. Adnan khan

1. Detailed architectural design including the following:

1.1Layout plans.
1.23D elevations of a good standard as per the satisfaction of the Employer.
1.3Detailed Architectural working drawings.
2. Electrical Design, telecom structured cabling for internet, security cameras and working
drawings.
3. Plumbing Design and drawings.
4. Gas network design and drawings.
5. Two site visits.

Terms and conditions

1.Mr. Adnan khan will receive 33% of the project profit.

2. If Mr. Adnan khan brings a construction project he will receive 2% of the profit.
