    MINUTES OF THE GB MEETING

    Date & Time: 30th July 2022, 10:30 A.M. onwards.


    Agenda: Discussion regarding the application for the removal of the IT Demand (2018-19).
    MoM:

    1. Pray for an adjournment of one month in the Income Tax Appeal case for A.Y. 2018-19 before the
    Commissioner-Appeal.
    2. Apply for registration u/s 12AA in Income Tax with suitable credentials so that the income of the
    Association in coming years can be claimed as exempt from charge of Income Tax.
    3. It was informed by auditor that Audit Report cannot be made available before 1st week of
    September 2022.
    4. Hence, date for AGM-2022 is tentatively on 18.09.2022 (Sunday).
    5. The notice for AGM is required to be sent through SMS beside letters. Hence, SMS pack is to be
    re-charged/ purchased ASAP by Prasanta Gupta(83).
    6. A new Current Account dedicated for Centenary Celebration has been opened. It is decided that
    fund-collection drive will be taken by the association by circulating the details of the newly opened
    Centenary Celebration Account. The detail of the account is as under:
