RE: APPROVAL OF EXTENSION FOR CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION OF ADMINISTRATION BLOCK

AND ABOLUTION BLOCK, CONTRACT NO. CGK/EU/MUH/T/19-20/002

Reference is made to your letter dated 29 th April, 2020 Ref No. DALF/DEV/11/VPL.11/214 on the
extension of completion date for the project under the contract name, Construction to completion of
Administration Block and Abolution Block at KDDC site in Nyang’ore.

The approval is therefore granted up to 15 th October, 2020 as requested. Kindly furnish the office with
the CURRENT WORK PLAN and PERFORMANCE BOND for the period with immediate effect.

Reference is made to your letter dated 29 th April, 2020 Ref No. DALF/DEV/11/VPL.11/215 on the
extension of completion date for the project under the contract name, Construction to completion of
Milk Cooling Plant, Power Generator House and Zero Grazing Unit at KDDC site in Nyang’ore.

The approval is therefore granted up to 24 th September, 2020 as requested. Kindly furnish the office
with the CURRENT WORK PLAN and PERFORMANCE BOND for the period with immediate effect.
