Subject: Adjustment for the commencement date of Asphalt work.

Dear Sir,

This refers to your letter ref no. M/o/w27/2/2008/15 dated April 17, 2015
advising us to commence the asphalt works of the sub contract of the
captioned project on Friday April 24, 2015.
As we are currently fully engaged in doing asphalt work for our undergoing
projects, it would be difficult to us to start the work within this week. Thus, we
hereby inform you we will commence the work on May 4, 2015 and advise you
to finalize any preparatory works until the specified date so that it would be
possible to immediately start the work. It is also advisable if you can make
additional sections ready for the asphalt work so that we will be able to finish
the work for significant length of road at once.
Attached herewith please find the relevant approved test results and asphalt
mix design which is carried out for the project around the same site (Lot 3)
and supervised by the same consultant.
