Subject: Slow progress of Access Road & Structure Pad activity.

Please be informed that due to the miss management and planning progress of your team is very
slow which is not acceptable.
Furthermore, your 4Nos. excavators are not working from 4 to 5 days, but no action taken by your
team to repair or to replace those excavators yet, which is also the main reason of the delay.

Therefore you are strictly instructed to repair or replace the excavators which are not working and
also depute a proper supervisor to handle such problems and to make proper planning to
expedite the progress.

In case of failure, M/S Samerah Ahmed Ghandour Est. will be the fully responsible for the delay.
