Dear Sirs,

We hereby inform you that, we have jointly with your Laboratory technician
taken the course aggregate and fine aggregate from our Kality Asphalt Batching
Plant. We use this material for mix design. We jointly tested it in our Kality
Laboratory. The bituminous binder course blending ratio is 14-25mm(25%) 6-
14mm(30%) 3-6mm(15%) 0-3mm(28%) filler(2%).The bituminous wearing
course blending ratio is14-25mm(10%) 6-14mm(40%) 3-6mm(15%) 0-
3mm(33%) filler(2%). The test results as following:

We decided to the wearing course’s asphalt content is 4.90%,and the binder course’s asphalt
content is 4.50%. The test results as following:
