Subject: In- situ sampling of CTB mix from the old runway
Dear Sir,

This refers to our joint discussion with the Employer yesterday regarding the
CTB mid design.

As final conclusion of our yesterday’s discussion both parties have mutually

agreed to take sample firm the old run way CTB layer and carry out tasted so as
to obtain some indications on the grading requirement, nominal maximum size
of aggregate and approximate cement content to the new CTB mix design.

This is therefore, to kindly request you to assign your material engineer so that
we can jointly take sample today and submit the same to T.C.D.S.Co central
laboratory.
