Dear Sirs,

We would like to kindly extend our gratitude to our esteemed owner for the trust on us
undertaking the works of piling diameter 600mm in JKT-02 Project. In accordance to the current
condition and situation of the works, we would like to remind you on the matters as follow:
1. The piling works has been undergone starting 26 April 2022 until today.
2. We have done the preliminary works, the mobilization of 1 unit Service Crane, 1 unit
Piling Crane, and 1 set of Equipment's Accessories to the site, including the mattress
plates and welding machine.
3. We have yet received our requests regarding:
1) PO Revision includes the Idle time for Equipments,
2) The discussion for Claim of Delay Fee. We will commit as per contract stated, however,
on actual implementation, it could be discussed on site with the Time Addendum we had
submitted earlier.

We inquire the PO Revision and Contract to be delivered to us on 17 May 2022. We aim to

submit our work progress on 18 May 2022.
