    Sir, With reference to the discussion we had with you in regard to Plastering Work, for your
    project at AVADI, CHENNAI, We have immense pleasure to quote our revised best Price as
    below.

    Terms & Conditions:

    1. Weekly payment based on NMR head count (rates as mentioned in above quotation) will
    be paid as advance by Employer.
    2. RA bills will be raised each stage of work completion by Contractor, Payment will be
    release within 5 days from the date of Bill Submission.
    3. Working Materials like Mixer Machine, Vibrator, Mortar Pan, Spade with Handle,
    Sponge, Hand Gloves, Gum Shoe, Safety Helmets, Belt….etc will be provided by
    Employer.
    4. Scaffolding / Shuttering material, Paranja and lift for shifting materials in Employer scope.
    5. Labor Sheds, Water, Lights and Fans Provided by Employer.
    6. Lifting, shifting of construction materials will be done by Contractor.
