Dear Sir,

As per discussed with you we are pleased to place an order for Rental of PTR (Brand New LNT) as per the following
rates, terms and conditions:

PTR PTR (BRAND - LNT) 2024 1,70,000/-

Terms & Conditions:-

1. The PTR shall be used at Construction of Fintech University Project, Jodhpur.

2. Machine to be delivered by 1ST of FEB 2024.
3. Charges :-
(a) The above Quoted Rates (CHARGES) are per month, Availability for 26 days in a Month
(b) Collective Hours Will be 260 Per Month, Operating Crew will be provided by GSV CRANE & LIFTERS
(c) Rental Period Will be r of 3 Months is acceptable
(d) Overtime above 260 hours will be charge on Pro-Rata basis, GST 18% (as applicable) shall be paid by
you extra.

5. Transportation :-
(a) Mobilization from KARNATAKA and Demobilization to Delhi is as per actual.
 6. Fuels and Lubes
(a) Diesel as per actual consumption supply by Eminent Colonizers Private Limited.

8. The PTR should be delivered on 1st of February 2024.
9. Our GSTIN is 08AADCE5330M1ZJ.
10. The PTR Specification, testing certificates and rental invoice shall be provided at the time of delivery by
GSV CRANE & LIFTERS as per specifications.
11. All Items should be supplied as per the specifications shared to us vide Quotation No. – GSV/ECPL/RJ/001
dated 03/01/2024; if there is any difference in specification then it will be rectified by GSV CRANE & LIFTERS.
12. Payment Terms: - Rent Will be paid in advance on every month date of 1st.
13. Eminent Colonizers Private Limited (ECPL) reserves the right to reduce the quantity at any point of time as
per their requirement at site.
