and Financial bid) at CPP Portal https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app from approved, eligible
experienced reputed, technically competent and financially sound contractor for the under
mentioned work:

Project Name: DRILLING, CONSTRUCTION & PUMPING TEST OF EXPLORATORY WELLS &
OBSERVATION WELLS IN HARD ROCK AREA OF ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA.

Scope of Work: Drilling, Collection of Litholog, Geophysical logging & interpretation, Slug Test, PYT,
Pumping test (SDT & APT) & interpretation, construction of plate form, installation
of name board, installation of MS well cap, clamp and protection box & preparation
of Basic Data Report.

1. A complete set of Tender documents may be downloaded by interested bidders from the
https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app websites. The bidders must pay non- refundable tender
fee in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque only from any of the
scheduled bank in India, in favour of WAP COS ltd. , payable at New Delhi on or before the
deadline fixed. Agencies who are registered under MSME are exempted from tender fee and
EMD as per guidelines on submission of proof of their details.

2. Bidding will be conducted online competitive bidding procedures two bid system (Technical bid
and Financial bid) specified in the Guidelines. The Bidder shall have satisfactory experience and
position as stipulated in bidding documents under clause of eligibility and qualification
requirements.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents
at the same address.

4. WAPCOS Ltd. will award contract to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be
substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents and who has offered the lowest price.

5. Accepting Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of tender documents
without assigning any reason whatsoever.

6. In the event of any of the above mentioned tender opening date being declared as a holiday/
closed day for WAPCOS Ltd., the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the
appointed time.

7. Bids shall be received online only at the website of CPP portal

8. Aspiring bidders who have not enrolled/ registered in CPP portal are advised to enrol/ register
before participating through the portal. The bidders are advised to go through the instructions
provided Under ITB clause 1.17‘Instructions for online bid submission’.

9. The bidders will be at liberty to be present either in person or through an authorized

representative, who must carry ‘Bid Acknowledgement Receipt’, at the time of opening of bid
or can view the bid opening event online at their remote end.

10. The above particulars may be changed due to Administrative or any other reason and
shall be available at website: https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app Therefore, bidders are
requested to visit CPP Portal frequently for any change above.
