Dear Dinesh Kunjuraman,

We are pleased to issue this work order to you for the construction activities outlined below. The
scope of work must be executed in strict accordance with the provided drawings and specifications.

Scope of Works :

 Dismantling of existing sheds

 Shed Removal (Steel Strcture)
 Brick Work.
 RCC.

 Earthwork Excavation.
 Filling of foundations.
 Laying of PCC.

 Laying of RCC.
 Footings.
 Plinth Beam.

 Basement RR (Random Rubble Masonry).

 Brickwork..
 9” & 6” Thickness

 Plastering.
 12mm Inside plastering.
 20mm Outside Plastering.

 Shed Fabrication.

 Sheet Laying (on top of Shed)

 Flooring PCC.

 Steps (Brick & plastering).

 Payment Terms:
1. Advance Payment of 50,000/- Rs: A token advance payment is provided to facilitate the smooth
commencement of work.
2. Weekly labor payment on a head basis: Weekly payments will be disbursed based on the labor
headcount and the progress of work.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Materials Scope: The procurement of materials falls within the scope of Mirum Infra's
responsibilities.
2. Compliance: The subcontractor must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
throughout the duration of the project.
3. Quality Assurance: All work must meet the specified quality standards and be subject to inspection
and approval by our designated representative.
4. Timely Completion: The subcontractor is required to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and ensure
timely completion of the project.
5. Change Orders: Any changes to the scope of work must be documented and approved in writing by
both parties.
6. Indemnification: The subcontractor is responsible for any damages or liabilities resulting from their
work.
7. If materials provided by Mirum Infra are misused, the corresponding costs will be deducted from the
running bills of the subcontractor.
8. Termination: Mirum Infra retains the unilateral right to terminate the contract and the contractor
without prior notice.

b) At Harini.
c) At Line Road.
2. Down Ghat Road:
a) Near Enugula Arch.
b) At 20 Km Turning.
c) At 2nd Turning.
