Reasons for Admission

Came here until Miss Woods could place her. Some yrs ago she was in Oak Dale Hurst School, ran away
from there & can’t, put her in charge of Miss Woods of W.C.F. So she placed her in two or three families,
from which she ran away- the last time going to Prov. where she stayed for several mos, the place not able
to find a trace of her while there worked in a family part of time & in hospital for several mos. Came to
Worc. of her ownfree will & to Miss Woods who had her go to M.H. because she complained of neck
being well & Miss Woods wished to know just what the trouble was. Later Elizabeth returned from
M.H. till she is stronger & Miss Woods finds her work. She is very good in the home & very willing to

help in any way

Elizabeth in home again at request of Miss Woods

Elizabeth married & has a baby-she seems always in an uncetteled state- keeps moving from place to
place – leaves her husband & can-not be found- Then leaves her child with her Step mother &
disappeared again- Comes back, is forgiven by husband & goes back to work, to help build up home
again- does so with help & takes her baby- but thinks she would like to go to work & put baby in D. N.
Always change of some kind- husband seems to be a good young man with patience & good intellect.
