Crestwoods 2013-2014 Box Tops Challenge

An opportunity to contribute to your schools and win some pretty great prizesall for free!

CHALLENGE DETAILS
If Crestwood Intermediate School is successful in reaching your $10,000 goal (100,000 Box Tops) during the 2013-2014 school year, the following prizes will be offered for 3 lucky drawing winners, in this order: 3rd Prize: $50 iTunes gift card 2nd Prize: iPod Touch 1st Prize: iPad

In order to be eligible to participate in the drawing for these prizes, 1. For every 25 Box Tops received on correctly completed collection sheets, the students name will be entered into this drawing for a chance to win one of the prizes mentioned.
Thank you for any loose Box Tops submitted, however, they will not be considered for any drawing.

Incorrectly completed Box Tops sheets will not be eligible for any drawings.
2. Box Tops MUST be correctly submitted on supplied collection sheets with 25 spaces. Box Tops can be attached securely using glue or tape. Copies of blank collection sheets are permitted for use; Box Tops CANT be copied. No more, or less, than 25 regular Box Tops can be attached to any collection sheet to be eligible for drawing. 3. Bonus Box Tops must be submitted separately. Do NOT attach them to collection sheets.

4. Do NOT include Campbells Soup labels on Box Tops collection sheets. 5. Expired Box Tops are not eligible for submission. They will need to be removed if submitted
& that sheet will become ineligible from this challenge. 6. Crestwood students name & grade must be included on each collection sheet. Please be neat so that tickets can be correctly completed for drawing. 7. You will not need to be present at the time of drawing to win. Drawings will be scheduled to be held at CIS during an end-of-the-year assembly TBA.

8. If $10,000 goal is not reached, but $5,000 worth (50,000 Box Tops) is collected, the following drawing will be offered for 3 lucky drawing winners, in this order: rd 3 Prize: $25 iTunes gift card ~ 2nd Prize: $100 iTunes gift card ~ 1st Prize: iPod Touch 9. If less than $5,000 worth (50,000 Box Tops) is earned, drawings will be held for local business coupons valued at $25 each from Jakes, McDonalds & Gioninos. 10.Tickets will be completed by volunteers during monthly PTO meetings.
Attaching Bonus Box Tops, Expired Box Tops, more or less than 25 Box Tops or anything other than Box Tops to collection sheets will make that sheet ineligible for this drawing.
