Composition of the Committee

1)A person who is or has been a judge of the supreme court ,to be appointed by the central government ,who shall be its president 2)Not less then 4 members is allowed and from that there should a women

The salary and other allowances payable to and the terms and conditions for each member is as following:1)Place of the National Commission 2)Jurisdiction 3)Appeal 4)Finality of orders

5)Enforcement of the orders of the Districts forums ,the State Commission or the National Commission 6)Dismissal of Complaints
