Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council Jason Stilwell, City Administrator Heidi Burch, City Clerk Ratify appointments/reappointments to City Boards and Commissions. That the City Council ratifies the appointments/reappointments. City Boards and Commissions perform a valuable service to the City by providing a means by which the City Council can obtain the advice, opinions, and recommendations of City residents and other members of the community.

Analysis/Discussion:

This cycle of appointments, the City Council is presented with a total of 8 scheduled Boards and Commission vacancies with terms ending October 2013; and two unscheduled vacancies that are the result of recent resignations. Mayor Burnett and Vice Mayor Talmage interviewed all applicants and will announce for ratification their appointments/ reappointments at the Council meeting.
