PROBLEM: When an Outlook Contact is connected to Oracle Fusion, it disappears.

Next Page begins Description of Problem

When I click CONNECT TO ORACLE FUSION, my Outlook Contact Disappears. Example is contact name BABA OReilly

I SYNCRONIZE ALL CHANGES and that missing contact is still missing. The only way to get it to come back is to Close Outlook and Restart. See below.
