OVERVIEW
This document lists functional Known Issues for Oracle® Common Technologies and User Experience 19D.
Note:
Issues and limitations are organized by the products that are responsible for the affected features or objects. In some cases, an
issue may affect multiple products, so you should review all Known issues within an offering.
To review issues for common technology and user experience areas, see Oracle Applications Cloud Functional Known Issues.

You must synchronize the service details in Developer Connect to refresh the domain name in the WSDL, if you have not done so since
Release 13 was introduced. Synchronizing the service details also updates the service name if the name has changed (for example, if
the service has been versioned). To synchronize the service details: 1. In the Navigator, click Developer Connect. 2. On the Web
Services page, click Synchronize. All of the SOAP services deployed to your cloud instance are refreshed. After you synchronize your
services, you should see a change in the domain name of the WSDL URL - for example, the prcPonNegotiations domain changes to
fscmService.

Users can click their image or user name in the global header and select Show Help Icons. Icons are then visible for the rest of the
user's session.

ADD SFTP PROXY SERVER IP ADDRESS TO YOUR WHITE LIST IF YOUR SFTP SERVER USES IP
WHITELISTING
In Release 19B, BI has implemented an enhancement to the SFTP delivery option, no longer requiring you to engage Oracle Support to
open SFTP ports to deliver reports to your SFTP server. SFTP connections to both standard and non-standard ports are now allowed
via the proxy server. Because of this, setup of SFTP connectivity is now a self-service option and SFTP connections are shielded from
any impact from changes to source or destination IP address.
WORKAROUND
When upgrading to 19B, refer to the options below for your existing SFTP delivery channels: If the destination SFTP server does not
use IP whitelisting and has not whitelisted Oracle IPs previously, no action is needed.

CSV TO XML TRANSFORMATION WITH LARGE NUMBER OF COLUMNS CAUSES OUT OF MEMORY
ISSUE
For setup objects that have large number of columns, importing or comparing them in the CSV file format results in out of memory
issues during the CSV to XML conversion process.
Here are the impacted tasks under the Transaction Tax functional area:
Here are the impacted tasks under the General Ledger functional area:
WORKAROUND
Don't use any CSV-related functionality for the list of impacted setup tasks and functional areas. Accidentally, if the process gets
submitted, cancel the process immediately using the respective process monitoring page.
Instead, export/import and compare data using XML files for the impacted setup tasks as per the following guidance:
1. Create an implementation project and add the corresponding setup tasks. For details, see Manage Setup Using Implementation
Project.
2. Export the setup data for the newly created implementation project. For details, see Export Setup Data Using Implementation
Project.
3. Once the setup data is exported, you can upload and import it into the target environment. For details, see Import Setup Data
Using Implementation Project.
4. To compare the setup data, create an implementation project in the target environment with tasks that exactly match the tasks in
the implementation project in the source environment. Then use the configuration package file and compare them. For details,
see Compare Setup Data Using Implementation Project.
5. Optionally, you could export/import or compare setup data for the entire functional area rather than for selected tasks. For
details, see Export Setup Data Using Offering or Functional Area.

SOAP WSDL URLS ARE INCORRECT IN DEVELOPER CONNECT UNTIL SYNCHRONIZED
