You may remember your coverage of Shannons life abruptly and violently ending in May 2012, but her legacy continues in the hearts of all who knew her. Shannon believed strongly in the healing power of gardening and the work that the Walnut Avenue Womens Center does for the community. This garden will honor Shannon Collins and provide peace and tranquillity to those in need. We have attached a newsletter regarding this installation.
