 McNeilly created a Bubble Head His signature character in 2009, Since then he has been using add space all over the US to promote his artwork.

Previously Located in Downtown Los Angeles Macys on the corner of Flower and 7th

But how is McNeilly able to afford to have all this.

 McNeilly is the owner and founder of SkyTag a super graphics company. SkyTag gained notoriety in 2009 for wrapping a building with an image of the Statue of Liberty.

 SkyTag is responsible for enormous movie advertisements on buildings for various companies such as Columbia and Universal Pictures.

Legal Troubles
In 2011 the city of Los Angeles filed a lawsuit against McNeilly for violating building codes.

He was eventually forced to pay 1.2 million dollars.

Since then he has been utilizing bus stop benches to promoted Bubble Head.
