Dear Fellow CMKM Diamonds Shareholders, Clarification:

OPERATION TRUTH 10/18/2013 Update

We believe, based on our communications with Mr. Gates and upon reviewing his qualifications and past case histories, he may have access to people and places, who can provide considerable insight and clarity to our current situation. However we make no promises or guarantees of results. We want to make clear, there is a distinct difference between Phases 1, 2 and 3. Phase 1 will include investigation of: Issue 1; was CMKM simply a scam and there is no need to pursue things further? ( Mr. Gates feels he can determine this very quickly and if he is convinced this was the case, the investigation will stop and donors will receive a pro rated refund. If a nominal amount remains (less than $1000) the money will be donated to charity). Issue 2; Was money placed in trust/trusts for shareholders, if yes, we immediately would begin Phase 2. Issue 3; Were naked short funds shipped offshore and can they be located, if they exist today.? Mr. Gates has confirmed to me today, he has a plan in place regarding this aspect and feels time is of the essence, regarding this matter. Upon completion of Phase 1 Mr. Gates will confidentially issue a complete report of his findings to all donors. A decision would then need to be made on whether to proceed with phases 2 and 3, which will require addition funds and/or contingency agreements. Other options will be considered as well. Since our plea was made public September 27 2013, I (Steve Walker), have spoken by phone to Mr. Steve Kirkpatrick and Mr. Bob Holleneck. I also met in person with Mr. Al Hodges. None of the three tried to discourage our effort. Some have said they fear Mr. Gates actions may "throw a monkey wrench" into rumored distribution of funds, held in trust for shareholders. None of the three men mentioned above, expressed this concern. Which leaves us with ACCADACCA, Rodger Stelma. I have had no contact with Rodger Stelma. The day we announced our Plea, Accadacca announced shareholders would be compensated, by he end of October 2013. November 1st is fast approaching. Which brings us back to the reason we started our effort. The end of October is the 9th anniversary of CMKM's revocation. The majority of our 70,000 (Donald Stoecklein) shareholder base has moved on with their lives. The minority (if you are reading this, you are probably a member of the minority), falls into basically 3 groups: Group 1= 100% convinced we were the victim of a scam by the insiders Group 2= 100% convinced this has been an elaborate government sting. Group 3= Somewhere in between. The elephant in the room= Naked Short Selling. We feel all groups will benefit from our efforts. Any further exposure of the fails to deliver benefits all. Any information regarding the sting theory benefits all. Any trusts (on shore and off shore) information benefits all. And the simple fact the shareholders are being pro active, benefits all. In fact, the only ones who do not benefit from the truth, are those who have something to hide. Exposing anyone who has something to hide, benefits all. It is our feeling, there are individuals, acting alone or in concert that have purposely and continually misled shareholders. They have played the cruelest game of all. They have not only threatened innocent shareholders with physical harm, but have used physiological techniques to befuddle, confuse, mislead and misdirect innocent shareholders. Some of you are aware I served a brief stint as investor relations for the company. I estimate, over 80% of the calls, came from people desperate not only for information, but for any sliver of hope we can have a good ending. People who brought friends and family into CMKM. People who invested much more than they should have. People who every day have full faith, 'today is the day'. Some will say it's their problem. Yes, so true. We are all responsible for our actions and decisions, each and everyday. But for others to purposely and continually make false promises and dangle carrots, with the sole purpose of harming these poor souls, is inexcusable in our book. We will never know what path this mental cruelty has led some of our brotherhood to follow. This group may have blood on their hands. And all the while, our protectors, the alphabet agencies appear not only impotent to stop this, but callous to the plight of those they are to protect and to serve. For these reasons we feel we offer the best solution to shed light on the darkness. Let the chips fall where they may. By doing nothing, we will get nothing. Enough is enough. Please help us.
