SEM O TO) Ex.: to run - ran - run = correr, concorrer, dirigir I would run (Eu correria) You would run He/She/It would run We would run You would run They would run Henry said he would be here at five. (Henry disse que estaria aqui s cinco.)

CONTRACTIONS: I would go = I'd go. (Eu iria.)

NEGATIVE FORM: I would not go = I wouldn't go.

QUESTION FORM: Would I go?

Kennedy would have been more famous if he hadn't died. (Kennedy seria mais famoso se no tivesse morrido.) The secretary would have written all the letters if she had had time.
