    The City Of Watertown Public Works Department will be conducting pavement maintenance activities along portions of the Black River Parkway, between Coffeen Street and Mill Street, beginning on Monday, November 4th at 8:00am. The work will require temporary lane

    closures with alternating one lane travel permitted. Public Works Crews will have signage and flagmen on site to control traffic movements. Motorists can expect minor delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes if possible. The work will continue as weather permits throughout the week. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
