When I do some exercising, I really need to be persistent and patient, even when I feel like stopping , I have to innovate according to the need of my own body. Yes, it is not very convenient to exercise regularly, it is a habit one has to cultivate with quite some effort.

Nowadays, I exercise daily, twice in a day, morning and evening, more then an hour every time. I did not do so earlier, when I was more inclined to the usual lifestyle. I have been exercising almost all through my earlier life; I used to walk a lot, sometimes jog too, or do some yoga also. But perhaps that was not sufficient for the constitution of my body, it reuired a bit more a bit different too, but I had yet to learn some life lessons that I have learned only recently. Now I have been forced into this regimen by myself, because I cannot walk comfortably, may be my legs have become a bit weak and not just the leg muscles!!!"hen I do some exercising, I really need to be persistent and patient, even when I feel like stopping , I have to innovate according to the need of my own body, have to be very cautious with my diet because exercising and disturbed digestion do not go well together. #es, it is not very convenient to exercise regularly, it is a habit one has to cultivate with uite some effort.
