OBAMA, Libellant, GRIEVOUS MENTAL SUFFERING LIBEL FOR DIVORCE 2 THE HONORABLE THE PRESIDING JUDGE OF THE ABOVE ENTITLED Comes now STANLEY ANN D. OBAMA, Libellant above named, and complaining of BARACK H. OBAMA, Libellee above nemed, re~ spectfully shows as follows: I That Libellant is now and for more than two years past har been @ resident of Honolulu, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii; that Libeilee is residing at 170 Magazine Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ir ‘That Libellant and Libellee were lawfully married in Wailuku, Maud, State of Hawaii, on February 2, 1961, by a person duly authorized to perform marriage cerenonies and ever since thet date have been and are now husband and wife. wr ‘That Libellant and Libellee last lived tegether as husband and wife in Honolulu, Hawaii, but said parties are now living apart. wv ‘That one child has been born to said Libellent and Libellee as issue of said marriage, to wit: BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, IT, @ son, born August 4, 1961. v That Libellee has been guilty, whether intentionally, atudiedly, wilfully, deliberately, or not, of inflicting such grievous mental suffering upon the libellant, continued over a course of not less than sixty (60) daye as to render the Life of the Libellant burdensome and intolerable and the further living together of Libellant and Libellee insupportable. WHEREFORE, Libellant prays: 1. That process of this Honorable Court issue in such manner as is provided by law summoning said Libellee to appear and answer this libel; 2. That Libellant be granted an absolute divorce from said Libellee; 3. That the sole care and custody of the above named minor child be awarded to Libellant; 4.
