Good health starts off with a balanced diet. People suffering from all sorts of problems such as obesity, malnourishment,and fatique. To avoid we must then be aware of our daily diet,we must try our best to avoid such unhealthy food. Check on its ingredients

Try to read consumer magazines. Avoid eating too much meat. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Enhance our body with many vitamins.

Exercising 30 minutes a day,3 times a week.

As student in Malaysia,lead really hectic lives.


Take regular and balanced meals. This meal should have all three food groups like carbohydrates,fruit and vegetables and some meat. Never skimp on your sleep. Healthy lifestyle means regular exercise.

Keeping away from unhealthy habits.


We should staying fit.

Sport is also a part that can improver or maintain


ones health or well-being. Sports in school is important as it educates the students. Balance study with enjoyable and relaxing activities.
