BRICS is a group of Developing and developed countries. Among Brics we have India. In India we very appalling levels of poverty.

Poverty in India Poverty is rampant in the world and Indian is no exception. 22% population is in BPL category. I can not believe why this is happening in the second fastest growing economy of the world. Poverty in Abstraction Poverty is best defined by those who are poor. But is there any definition ever given by the poor people. None cares for the poor. Governments are too expensively engaged in defining it rather than eliminating it. Poverty is an abstract concept and relative concept.
