Treatment

Band playing throughout the intro. Singer walking down a street when its raining singing the lyrics, then stops at a house and throws stones at the window, with no reply. Cut back to the band playing throughout the next verse. Singer riding down another street on his bike when its sunny and drops the bike outside the same house as before. Cut to the girl inside the house, shes sitting on the floor against the door and the suns shining through the window in the door. Last two lines Can you hear me? Loud and clearly. jump cuts between the band playing and the singer shouting these lines at the door. Outro just the band playing until the end of the song, where the door opens.
