Rates & Deadlines: Tables & Chairs are provided by The Event Manager. Bring your own table cloths to drape on your tables. Electricity & WiFi is included except for drop down electrical outlets in the middle of the Ballroom which incur a $25.00 installation fee. Reserved space is on 1st Fee Paid, 1st served basis. Deadline is the 1st of every month. Reader/Exhibit/Vendor fee is $65.00 PER Exhibitor, Reader or Vendor Ballroom Space. Fee is $75.00 in the Foyer. Space is limited to jewelry and gifts. Foyer Space is reserved by payment before the month of the event. NOT ALLOWED Nails, Metal Pins, or anything puncturing the walls. ALLOWED Banners on a stand or with painters Blue Masking Tape. If you want to use dividers, feel free to provide your own. Setup time is between 10:00 am & 11:00 am. Event hours are 11am & ends at 6pm. Everyone needs to be setup by 11am. You can breakdown your space after 4:30 pm. Important Dates - Payment is due by the 1st day of the monthly Festival. ~Registration Form with payment~ $65.00 or $75.00 (cash/check/money order) $68 or $78 for PayPal payments (the small increase is to cover the PayPal Fee) Promotional info must be received by the 1st of the month to be included in the Program & Advertising. 1) All products/services offered or sold during this event are those of the reader/vendor and not of the .

2) All readers/vendors are responsible for their own taxes, licenses ( if required) & liabilities on products or services during this event. 3) The is not responsible for lost or stolen items or goods.

4) All payments for Set-up Space or tables are final & no refunds will be given.
