Breathing the Soul Back into the Body of Education

WSL Week 1: Breathe

Join us in evolving education one breath at a time. As we cultivate our inner worlds, more beauty shows up in our lives. Through yoga, writing and earth wisdom, we breathe ourselves into balance, deepening our awareness and creating supportive systems for daily living, writing and teaching Share in community conversations to recharge our practices. Explore writing and nature daily. Participate in Superhero Training Academy to tap our gifts, and look at our own areas of challenge. Hilariously fun and deeply insightful.
